"Klik or Click is software created with one of Clickteam's software products. The term Klik originates from the name of the first product in the Klik range of products, Klik & Play,
where the alternative spelling "Click" originates from the name
"Clickteam", the creators of the software product range. The Klik range
of products provides a more intuitive and high level method over
traditional line-upon-line programming languages. With point-and-click
there is a more interactive interface, where the user achieves their
goal by clicking buttons, navigating menus, etc."

The Pac Pack (1999)
Astral Entertainment
Multimedia Fusion
Stand-alone Application
The Pac Pack is a
compilation of the classic Pac Guy
games by Astral Entertainment, best described as a shameless Pac Man clone with a humorous twist.
Spanning 13 games, the Pac Guy series
was known for its continuous storyline established in Pac Guy 2 and elaborated
on in Pac Guy 2 Part 2: Pagoon, Pac Guy 2
Part 3: Pacula’s Curse and beyond. Included in the Pac Pack are
the first six games of the Pac Guy
series.
With help from ValuSoft, The
Pac Pack eventually found its way onto store shelves. The Pac Pack’s sales eventually prompted Astral Entertainment to
change their character’s name to Pea Guy
for future games, their explanation stating they wished to avoid tension with
Hasbro Interactive who had purchased the rights to Pac Man previously.
Watkins (2000)
RGames/Rohan Hill
The Games Factory
Stand-alone Game
Although Watkins was
released thirteen years ago, it is still a very impressive game given the fact
that it was developed with The Games
Factory and features custom sprites and backdrops. Additionally, Watkins is notable for its sheer size.
Armed with a slingshot, Watkins has to go through over thirty levels to
complete the game- that’s roughly the size of Crash Bandicoot! Watkins also contains a very nice world
map and incredibly fun “Moosarama” bonus stages. A game that would not look out
of place in the Sega Mega Drive or Super Nintendo’s library, Watkins is the definition of a true
“Klik Classic”.

Week award on The Daily Click’s website.
